We are seeking an Assessment Methodology & Documentation Lead for our client.
Purpose of the job:
The Assessment Methodology & Documentation Lead is responsible for designing, standardizing, and managing the methodologies and documentation practices that underpin the assessment phase of the business transformation programme. This role ensures that all assessment activities are conducted consistently, transparently, and in alignment with programme objectives. The role also oversees the creation and maintenance of high-quality documentation that supports decision-making, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
Main responsibility areas:
- Develop and maintain standardized assessment methodologies, templates, and toolkit
- Ensure alignment of assessment practices with programme governance and strategic goals
- Collaborate with assessment lead, engagement leads, and change manager to embed methodology across workstreams
- Define documentation standards and ensure consistent use across all assessment outputs
- Ensure planning and execution of the Fit-to-Template workshops (content, presenter, participants, time, location etc.)
- Manage version control and documentation repositories to ensure traceability and accessibility
- Provide training and guidance to teams on assessment methodology and documentation best practices
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of assessment deliverables
- Support audit and compliance requirements through structured documentation practices
- Monitor and report on assessment progress, report the status in weekly basis against the plan

- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
The work will begin in 12.1.2026 and the employment will be through Temp-Team Finland Oy. The position follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to work partly remotely and partly at our client’s office in Helsinki. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026 with possibility for extension.
