We are seeking an Engagement Lead for our client.

 

Purpose of the job:

The Engagement Lead is responsible for fostering engagement and communication between the local plants and the central program team. In this position, the person manages relationships with program stakeholders, including internal and external, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. This person coaches, guides and supervises local teams on assignments and deliverables from the plant team and manages the integration of team members’ work between the transfromation Program and Plant level.

 

Main responsibility areas:

  • Serve as the main engagement point between the central program team and local plant stakeholders: Plant Manager, Plant Coordinator and Local Key Users
  • Enable effective two-way communication between Program Heads and plant teams
  • Simplify complex transformation goals into clear, actionable messages that cater to different audiences at plant level
  • Recognize and tackle local obstacles to change, while reporting risks and opportunities to the central program team
  • Define success metrics for plant engagement
  • Deliver consistent updates and insights to the central program team regarding site readiness, general sentiment, and progress in adoption
  • Proactively manage program stakeholder satisfaction
  • Accountable for driving the business change topics with Process Champions from the central team

The work will begin in 12.1.2026 and the employment will be through Temp-Team Finland Oy. The position follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to work partly remotely and partly at our client’s office in Helsinki. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026.
