We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant / Generalist to our client to support their HR operations.

As a junior HR Specialist, you will primarily work in daily operations, supporting managers and employees with various HR-related matters. You will be part of a team with two senior HR colleagues whom you will support, and there is also the possibility to participate in and work on different development projects. You will handle various systems, perform administrative tasks, and process a lot of information. Given the nature of the work and the transformation we are currently undergoing, we expect you to be independent, fearless, and open.
To succeed, you need to have strong critical thinking skills, work broadly and without prestige, and pay attention to details. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and ensuring a good match, as we will work closely together.

Required background:
- You have a degree within Human Resources or a similar relevant university program

- You have previous work experience. Not necessarily in HR, but preferably in service professions
- You have an interest in AI, digitalization, and efficiency

The work will begin as soon as possible and the employment will be through Temp-Team Finland Oy. This position is primarily based at the client’s office in Espoo, with the flexibility to work remotely when suitable. This is a fixed-term position until August 31, 2026.
